Sound familiar?

You bought the licences.
Six months in,
nothing's actually shipped.

You've spent thousands on AI subscriptions for your team. The promise was productivity. The reality is people pasting prompts into a chat window, not sure what they're meant to do with it. Half the team have stopped opening it.

Pilot cohort

Meet Gretchen.

30 years in Fortune 100 change management. No coding background. Here's what she shipped in one day.

Before the day
  • Paying for Claude monthly, mostly rewriting emails
  • No deployed tools, no live URLs
  • Bought an AI course. Didn't finish it.
  • Felt like everyone else had a secret she didn't
After the day + follow-up
  • Live product: changeessentialsai.com
  • 30 years of Fortune 100 change management expertise, packaged inside Claude and sold as a tool
  • Built and deployed herself, on the day
  • Working payment link she controls
"I would have spent weeks trying to do this in Framer. I didn't use Framer."
— Gretchen, pilot cohort
What clients say

Trusted by founders
who actually shipped.

Six leaders. Six different industries. One pattern: less drift, more done.

★★★★★

Noah and his team are so knowledgeable about the AI landscape. Incredibly helpful, and the value they provided to my business was second to none. I would recommend them to anyone looking to scale and optimise their business.

Jesse Barbato CEO, ECHO AI
★★★★★

Noah helped me recognise the real things I had to focus on. Without him I would probably still be floating around with no clue where to go. It took just one call for him to show me the direction.

Sam Pennington Founder
★★★★★

What can I say about Noah and his team? To say they have been instrumental in the development of my startup is an understatement. I genuinely do not know where I'd be without them.

Pascal Shehata CEO, OVR AI
★★★★★

Noah didn't just help me refine the development phase of my bot. He gave me an action plan for setting up client projects and managing the relationships. Fast forward to now, I just signed my first client.

Hassan Ullah Co-Founder, BetterBrain
★★★★★

The consulting helped me understand my clients and their needs in a much better way, and refined my approach on calls. Would definitely recommend — they'll show you the right path for your AI automation agency.

Saien Naidoo Founder
★★★★★

I've been working with Noah for the past few months. Extremely knowledgeable in his field. He helped me solve problems inside my business and come up with solutions that saved me time and money.

The day

One day.
Every person leaves
with a live URL.

We come to your office. By the end of the day everyone has built and deployed something they'll actually use.

09:00
Find the work AI should already be doing

Each person picks the one task eating their time. We rebuild it together. Everyone leaves this hour with a working prompt for their actual job.

Deploy something live

Each person turns their prompt into something on the public internet: a page, a tool, a form that works. Yes, even the people who've never opened a terminal.

Connect the pieces

Make two systems talk to each other. Their CRM, their calendar, their inbox. One workflow that runs without anyone touching it. This is the hour that pays for the day.

The team playbook

The day's best ideas go into one internal document: the playbook. Every team member can use it. Every new hire reads it. STODL helps you keep it secure.

You don't need us tomorrow

Each person presents their thing to the room. The point is so the team sees that ordinary people just shipped real work. That observation is the deliverable.

Independence.
The point of the day.

90-minute virtual follow-up

Two weeks later, virtually, we reconvene. What stuck? What broke? What's the team building now? This is the session most trainers don't run. It's why ours actually work.

Real adoption,
not just enthusiasm
Investment

Priced per person.
Because that's how
your team thinks about it.

A one-day onsite session for a team of 10 is a £7,250 invoice. That's £725 per person, all in. If we can't charge that for a day where every person ships something real, we have a positioning problem. Not a pricing problem.

£725per person

Cohorts of 10 people.

Onsite, full day, 90-min follow-up included. Most teams sit here. Smaller cohorts pay slightly more per person; larger cohorts pay less.

Included

  • Full day onsite at your office
  • 90-minute virtual follow-up at +2 weeks
  • Team AI playbook, written live
  • Per-person shipped tool and live URL
  • STODL technical support throughout
  • Materials and recordings

Add-ons

  • UK travel and accommodation (at cost)
  • Outside UK, quoted separately
  • Additional follow-up days (£3,500/day)
  • Bespoke playbook design (£1,500)
  • Quarterly retainer for office hours
A worked example.
Cohort sizePer personDay total
5 people £775 each £3,875
15 people £695 each £10,425
20 people (max) £665 each £13,300

UK travel and overnight accommodation billed at cost. Above twenty people we run two cohorts instead of one large room.

Where we are

New programme.
Real results.

We've run pilot cohorts. Gretchen's results are above, described exactly: what she built, what it does, what it saves her. No testimonial-speak, no vague "transformed my workflow." One specific proof point beats five logo walls.

More cohorts are running now. If you need six months of case studies before commissioning training, come back in six months. If Gretchen's enough to have a conversation, book the call.

Questions

The things buyers
actually ask.

Who is this for?+
SME leadership teams, department heads, or single teams within larger organisations. Typical buyer: a director or founder who's already paying for AI tooling and is starting to wonder where the productivity went. Cohort size 5–20. The team doesn't need to know how to code.
Why is STODL involved?+
Born and Brand and STODL deliver as one. STODL runs the stack scan, the VPS, and security. Born and Brand runs the day in the room and keeps your team using what they built. One invoice, two jobs, neither of us optional.
What if half my team has never coded?+
Most of them haven't. The point of the day is not to teach coding. It's to show your team they don't need to in order to ship something. Claude does most of the building. Your people do the directing. That's a skill we can teach in seven hours.
Onsite or virtual?+
Onsite by default. The room matters. We come to you, you book a room with reasonable Wi-Fi, we bring everything else. Virtual is available where geography requires it. UK travel billed at cost; outside UK quoted separately.
What's the guarantee?+
If by end of day every person hasn't shipped something live, the follow-up session is free. That's the honest version. Not a refund clause that lets a buyer bail after lunch. This is in-person coaching. Your team has to show up.
What does the team need beforehand?+
A Claude Pro subscription per person ($20/month). A laptop each. STODL will help provision anything missing two weeks before. No pre-reading, no homework. The day is the work.
Can we run this for multiple teams?+
Yes. Beyond twenty people in one room, the room stops being a room. We run two cohorts instead. Multi-cohort pricing is bespoke. Talk to us.
How is invoicing handled?+
One invoice from Born and Brand Academy after the discovery call, payable on standard 30-day terms. PO numbers welcome. Travel and accommodation invoiced separately at cost after the day.
Next step

30 minutes.
No deck. No pitch.
Just the conversation.

We ask what your team is doing now. You decide if a day with us makes sense. Either way you leave with a clear picture of what's blocking your team.
